Product Introduction
This product is made from fluorinated polymer-thickened fluorosilicone oil and is compatible with most gaskets and seals. It exhibits excellent resistance to water, fuels, lubricants, solvents, as well as many acids and chlorides, ensuring long-term lubrication performance in chemically exposed environments. Its operating temperature range is from -40°C to 232°C.

Product Special Attributes
MOLYKOTE 3451 performs stably under high temperatures and heavy loads. Its drop point exceeds 280°C, and its evaporation loss at 400°F (204°C) is only 3.7%, indicating excellent thermal stability. It also has a high four-ball weld load of 400 Kg, demonstrating its extreme pressure and anti-wear properties. These characteristics make it suitable for high-speed (Dn value up to 200,000) and heavy-load bearing applications.

MOLYKOTE 3451 is widely used in industrial fields requiring resistance to chemicals and extreme operating conditions. Typical applications include bearings in chemical processing agitators, pump bearings, bearings in fuel and solvent handling equipment, and needle roller bearings in circuit breakers.
